Campaign to End AIDS Rally in Harlem 1 of 8

New York City residents and AIDS activists gathered on March 11 in East Harlem to issue a failing report card to the city on HIV/AIDS services. They stood in front of the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. building in Harlem, honoring the famed civil rights leader and former New York Congressman.
